When I think about all the issues our planet is facing and what I can do as an individual, I am reminded of the Total Reality Perspective Vortex from Hitchhiker’s Guide to Galaxy by Douglas Adams. It essential tells you that you are in infinitely small dot on an infinitely small dot in an infinitely big universe. Enough to make you feel completely insignificant and that is exactly how I felt.

So should I sit down quietly and give up the idea of doing something? I guess not. I thought about what I can do to create awareness about the issues and Picturejockey 2010 desk calendar is a result of that.

If you want to have a desk calendar, you may download the zip file. There are services like snapfish and Mazda who will print and mail you the calendar.

So what is Picturejockey 2010 Calendar about?

Most, if not all of us are scared of outliving their money and although it was something no one thought about 25-30 years ago, today I feel it is a very real threat that I may outlive this planet. In other words, I am afraid of dying an unnatural death because we have driven mother earth to a point where it can't support life. The calendar is an effort to create awareness about the issue and this site is where I will post my opinions on it. You may want to download the calendar or donate some money for a printed copy of the same.
